Miranda is an author, keynote speaker, and leadership facilitator whose work sits at the intersection of personal sovereignty and professional transformation.
As the creator of the Empower U Leadership Workshop Series and the author of Triggered to Transcendent, Miranda has built a body of work that meets women — and leaders — exactly where they are and challenges them to move beyond it. Her frameworks draw on conscious leadership, energetic intelligence, and the lived experience of turning personal rupture into professional power.

Valerie Fremlin
My name is Valerie Fremlin, and at 39, I’ve transformed my life from a challenging and dysfunctional youth into one built on purpose and growth.
I’m now a restaurant and real estate investor, as well as a certified yoga instructor and holistic nutritionist. As a single mother of two amazing kids, who have largely grown up without electronic devices, I’ve focused on creating a grounded, intentional lifestyle for my family.
I’ve also been sober for eight years and counting, a journey I’m deeply proud of and fully committed to continuing.

So many women spend their lives holding everything together for everyone else, and somewhere along the way, they lose connection with themselves.
At The She Blooms Project, my intention is to help women reconnect to their innate body wisdom and feel safe to simply be, feel, and express themselves.
Through FlowFusion mediation in motion, your souls expression— a somatic embodiment practice I created for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and authentic self-expression — we weave together breathwork, EFT tapping, intuitive movement, mindfulness, and body awareness to help women come back into deeper connection with themselves in a grounded, supported way.
Together, we’ll begin the day by creating space for softness, self-awareness, connection, healing, and empowerment to naturally unfold.
I’m truly honoured and excited to be opening this experience on June 27th, and I look forward to sharing this with you all.

Kim Bui is the Founder and CEO of Glamour by Krystal Beauty, a growing luxury spa and wellness brand in Sudbury, Ontario. With years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry and a deep passion for holistic wellness, Kim built the company with a vision of combining advanced aesthetic technology, artistry, and genuine client care. Under her leadership, Glamour by Krystal Beauty has expanded into multiple locations while introducing innovative treatments such as XERF, LaseMD Ultra, Elite iQ, Genius RF Microneedling and Sudbury’s first Head Spa experience.
